Delhi elections: AAP rules out alliance with either BJP or Congress

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party National Convener Arvind Kejriwal, who claims that he will win the Delhi elections of 2013, has ruled out an alliance with either the BJP or the Congress. "No alliance with either BJP or Congress under any circumstances," said Kejriwal.

Kejriwal's comment is perceived to be in response to Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit's comment in which she hinted that she was open to a post-poll alliance with his party.
