Found no proof against Modi: SIT chief
SIT chief Raghavan said that they did not find any evidence against any of the 58 accused.

New Delhi: Special Investigation Team (SIT) Chief Raghavan on Tuesday said that they have filed the closure report in the Gulbarg Society massacre case as they did not find any evidence against any of the 58 accused, including Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

"We have filed a report saying no evidence. Hence, we have filed closure. It is now upto the court to take a view. I am satisfied with the work of the SIT. we have worked hard and done a good job. We have placed all the facts before the court," he said.

Earlier, the Supreme Court-appointed SIT gave a clean chit to Modi in the post-Godhra Gulberg massacre case and sought its closure as it found no evidence against him.
