The opposition parties on Wednesday raised the issue of World Culture Festival, being organised by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s Art of Living on the banks of river Yamuna in the Rajya Sabha.
The issue was raised in the House by Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad and Left leader Sitaram Yechury.
