Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala High Court has ordered to hand over the probe of the land grab cases against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy's former gunman Salim Raj to the CBI.
In the order the High Court has observed that alleged involvement of the personal staff members of the Chief Minister's office in criminal acts has come to the notice of the court multiple times. The CM's office should be a model institution serving the people of the state.
The above incidents have raised serious questions on the functioning of the CM's office for which the CM is answerable to the state.
