68. Sirmour is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Rewa Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Sirmour falls in Rewa district and Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 1,95,539 voters in the seat, which includes 1,04,993 male voters, and 90,547 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Sirmour recorded a voter turnout of 64.57%. In 2013 the turnout was 64.95%, and in 2008 it was 66.95%.
In 2013, Divyaraj Singh of BJP won the seat by a margin of 5,288 votes (4.52%). Divyaraj Singh secured 34.19% of the total votes polled.
