Oppo India is teasing the launch of the new Oppo F19 Pro and Oppo F19 Pro Plus smartphones in the country. The devices? dedicated Amazon micro-site is also live, though the official specifications remain unclear at the moment. The promotional poster suggests that the Chinese tech company is collaborating with Indian actor Varun Dhawan for the promotion of the upcoming Oppo F19 Pro and Oppo F19 Pro Plus. One of the smartphones from the series is revealed to carry a hole-punch display. As the name suggests, the Oppo F19 series will be the successor to the Oppo F17 series that included the vanilla Oppo F17 and the Oppo F17 Pro and debuted in India in September last year.
The Amazon micro-site also clarifies that the new Oppo F19 series will retail via the e-commerce platform apart from the Oppo online and offline channels. The exact launch date remains unclear, though more information from the company is expected very soon. Meanwhile, tipster Sudhanshu has leaked some details on the Oppo F19 Pro and Oppo F19 Pro Plus, including the alleged pricing. The leaked information was posted in multiple tweets (now deleted).

The Oppo F19 Pro will reportedly be priced around Rs 20,000 for the 6GB + 128GB variant, while the Oppo F19 Pro Plus is said to be priced around Rs 25,000 for the 8GB + 128GB model. In terms of specifications, the tipster claims that the Pro model will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and the octa-core MediaTek Helio P95 SoC. The Oppo F19 Pro could come with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. At the front, the phone may pack a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
On the other hand, the Oppo F19 Pro Plus is said to carry the same display but with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC under the hood. It will reportedly include a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, the Oppo F19 Pro Plus is said to come with a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The tipster adds that the phone would feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
