In the era of social media, young people are so obsessed with making reels that they often engage in risky and bizarre activities without worrying about the dangers involved. A similar video from Amethi has gone viral.

The viral video is reportedly from the Jafarganj Mandi area in the Jagdishpur police station area of Amethi district in Uttar Pradesh. In the video, a man can be seen waving a flag on a highway signboard, 20 feet high, in Jafarganj Mandi, within the Jagdishpur police station jurisdiction. What’s shocking is that people sitting below are recording the video instead of stopping him.

This isn’t the first odd incident that occurred in Amethi highway. Previously, a viral video of a man doing pull-ups on a highway signboard garnered the attention of several people including the Amethi Police. In the video, a man was seen doing pull-ups on a signboard that read, “NH 931, Munshiganj 06 and Amethi 3.5”. The signboard is connected to a pole and placed at a height of 10 meters above.

“Dangerous players on the roads of Amethi, a young man was seen doing pushups on the kilometre signboard, risking his life doing pushups on the board 10 meters above the road, the video has been posted from Instagram,” Amethi Live shared on X. Reacting to the video, Amethi Police said that legal action would be taken against the man after a proper investigation.

“The matter is in the knowledge of Amethi Police Station. The viral video is being investigated, after investigation, necessary legal action will be taken against the persons doing the stunt as per the rules,” the police said on X.
