‘Mind-Blowing Creativity’: AI Video Of Noodles Performing Kathak Amazes The Internet
The latest viral sensation is an AI-generated video of noodle-clad figures performing the Indian classical dance Kathak.

After an Instagram reel featuring strands of spaghetti performing contemporary dance swept across the internet last month, another AI-generative video of noodle-clad figures performing the Indian classical dance Kathak is winning the hearts of internet users. In this reel, the figures resemble human forms but with an artistic twist where their bodies and flowy attire are made of noodles, creating a magical fusion of tradition and technology.

The video was shared on Instagram by musician duo Maati Baani, who also composed the original track featured in the clip. Conceptualised by Kartik Shah, the video brings to life noodle-transformed human figures performing intricate Kathak moves. The figures execute synchronised hand gestures, detailed footwork and expressive facial movements, all perfectly in sync with the beats.

In a playful caption, the duo wrote, “The noodles are back at it again! This time doing Kathak. Must say our kitchen has become very creative!”

The video has garnered over 3.1 million views since being shared online, with social media users showering love on it in the comments section.

One user couldn’t help but exclaim, “Wow…Classical music exactly matches with this video.”

Another praised the creator, saying, “Wow the guy is a genius of imagination and creativity,” while someone remarked, “Creativity was speechless.”

The praise for the creative video continued with remarks such as “Amazing art with lovely choreography” and “The dance, and the creativity is mind-blowing.”

A playful comment read, “Italians should see this. I want their reviews,” and another dubbed the video “Pasta sundori.”

One user humourously noted, “Awesome hai but jab noodles khaungi to yahi yaad aayega (It is awesome but now I will remember this when I eat noodles).”

Another added in Hindi, “This is wrong, how come Maggie danced on your plate? My Maggie neither moved from here to there nor from there to here.”

AI generative videos of food items engaged in dance movements are becoming very popular lately. Nearly a month back, another imaginative clip surfaced on Instagram, featuring a whimsical dance routine between a croissant and the iconic Eiffel Tower.

The video was created to celebrate the Paris Olympics 2024.
