In today’s busy world people rarely have time to stop and help someone else. However, now a video that restores one’s faith in humanity is going viral. The undated clip shows an ambulance colliding with a car and getting overturned. The people on the adjacent road soon get out of their cars and rush to the aid of the ambulance driver. This moment was captured on CCTV camera. It was shared on Instagram by a popular account Good News Movement on January 23. The video was captioned, “Dozens of strangers rush to the aid of an ambulance driver. There’s a hero in us all!” So far, the clip has gathered over 81,000 likes. It is unclear when and where this video was taken.

Commenting on it, an Instagram user wrote, “Man watching this I got emotional and at the same time there’re still a lot of good people left in this world. This page gives me a lot of hope.” Another person said, “This is our nature. Stop listening to ANYONE who is trying to ideologically pin you against your fellow humans.”
Many people also took to the comments section to share similar instances where they were saved by strangers’ kindness and quick thinking when they got in an accident.
An Instagram user recalled, “A few years ago I witnessed a car, T-bone another car full of kids. Literally, everyone got out of their cars. The bus driver got off the bus and started redirecting traffic. The car started smoking so we had to move all of the kids. They were all injured. But literally about 40 people stopped to help this family. The thing about people witnessing your help, is that it gives them the courage to also help. Sometimes you just have to be the first one to take that step.”
Another person shared, “I got in a car accident when I was 18 and alone and flipped my car. Almost went into the other incoming lane when my car turned and went into the median. Will never forget this older couple that ran over to my car and calmed me down until my boyfriend and family arrived. They were so sweet and amazing and I don’t know what I would have done without them. The people that caused me to flip never said a word to me. I’ll never forget their kindness.”
