As the highly awaited Royal Rumble 2024 comes to an end, a dark cloud remains on the company after the shocking revelation of the lawsuit on former chairman Vince McMahon who is alleged to have abused and sexually exploited one of the employees during his time as the CEO of the company.
Post the Rumble, the Chief Content Officer of WWE and part of TKO Group Holdings, Paul Levesque also known popularly as Triple H made his first comments regarding the damning allegations his father-in-law is facing right now.
When asked about the lawsuit, Levesque wanted to focus more on the event rather than what was going on outside. He said, “I choose to focus on the positive and yes, there’s a negative but I want to focus on that and just keep it to that.”

Reporters also asked whether the company has been making sure that its employees feel safe. To this he responded by stating that it is ‘a very important,’ and the company is ensuring that by doing ‘everything possible.’
However, an interesting comment made by Triple H is that he found it on Thursday and has not gone through the details of the lawsuit.
Before the Royal Rumble, reports from Sky News said that the accused, Vince McMahon had refuted the allegations about him. His statement said,” I stand by my prior statement that Ms Grant’s lawsuit is replete with lies, obscene made-up instances that never occurred, and is a vindictive distortion of the truth. I intend to vigorously defend myself against these baseless accusations, and look forward to clearing my name.”

Triple H reiterated his focus on the good week the WWE had in terms of the event. He concluded, “I’ll go back to what I said before. This is an amazing week for us, and just at this point, I don’t even want to get bogged down in the negatives of it,” Levesque said. “I just want to focus on the positives and where we’re going and we’re at the most exciting time of the year for us.”
The Royal Rumble saw Bayley coming in as the Rumble winner while Cody Rhodes managed to get another victory at the premier event making it back-to-back wins at the event.
