Datsun India has unveiled Datsun redi-GO 1.0L car which is a compact version of redi-Go which was launched in India in June 2016. Powered by a 1.0L three-cylinder fuel efficient iSAT engine paired with the a five-speed manual transmission, the new redi-GO 1.0L can be booked at down payment of Rs 10,000. Deliveries of the vehicles to new owners will commence from July 26, 2017.
Jerome Saigot, vice president, Datsun India said, "At Datsun, we are constantly striving to challenge the status quo and disrupt conventional thinking about the entry car segment in India. Today’s youth want a car that shows their personality with style, and redi-GO 1.0L is ready to meet their needs with more power and convenience."

The company claims the car to have a fuel economy of 22.5 km/l.
