The Japanese two-wheeler maker Honda has kickstarted the sale of regular bikes at its BigWing showrooms nationwide. Earlier, the dealership was only responsible for selling high-end bikes. Now, they will offer Hornet 2.0 along with CB350, CB200X, H’ness CB350 and CB350RS.
The decision has been taken to improve the sales for the product line, and reach a wider target audience in the country. Interested customers can now visit the authored BigWing showrooms and purchase any of the above-mentioned models.
Updates in Honda CB200X and Hornet 2.0
Talking about the CB200X and Hornet 2.0, both models were treated with some noticeable updates last year. Both the units now look more appealing and offer a comfortable riding experience on multiple terrains.
Price Range
Both have been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 1.47 lakh and Rs 1.39 lakh respectively(all ex-showroom). Seeing the price range, the former is considered one of the most affordable units at the BigWing showrooms.
Powertrain
At the heart, both CB200X and Hornet 2.0 share the same engine. They are powered by a trusted 184.4 cc, single-cylinder engine. This forces the bikes to generate a maximum power of 17 bhp and 15.9 Nm of peak torque.
Top Elements
Even the platform is the same. Despite having a lot of similarities, these models look slightly different from each other. However, they share identical front fascial, which comes with an impressive headlight setup, alloy wheels with disc brakes at both ends and trending USD forks at the front, while the rear is treated with mono-shock.
