New Delhi: Contrary to rumours of Renault India discontinuing the Pulse and Scala, the French carmaker has just launched a refreshed 2015 Pulse. Prices for the new Renault Pulse start at Rs 5.03 lakh (ex-Delhi).
The refreshed Pulse comes with additional features such as automatic headlamps, steering mounted audio controls and a height adjustable driver's seat. The interiors have also been tweaked and come with a dual tone finish for the dashboard.
The centre console comes in a piano black finish that is sure to act like a fingerprint magnet. The car also comes with the option of ABS, EBD and two airbags. Engine options include a 1.2 litre petrol and a 1.5 litre diesel.
Sumit Sawhney, country CEO and managing director, Renault India Operations, said, "Pulse is an important part of our product portfolio and we have made several product enhancements to make the 2015 Pulse even more attractive and exciting for customers. We have topped this with competitive pricing backed with an attractive finance option which adds to its value proposition, making it one of the strongest offerings in the premium hatchback segment."
Renault India has also announced that it has taken steps to enhance the ownership experience, by clubbing the extended warranty service contracts with roadside assistance.
