New Delhi: TCS has acquired a Chile-based company Comicrom for $23 million.
Comicrom focuses on the banking and pension sector, it has 57 per cent market share of the cheque processing business in Chile.
TCS has acquired Chile-based Comicrom for $23 million. It has also bought 100% equity in Comicrom.
Comicrom is a BPO company with 1,257 employees, its FY05 revenue was at $35.5 million and operating margin was at 14 per cent.
Comicrom focuses on the banking and pension sector. Comicrom has 57 per cent market share of the cheque processing business in Chile.
