The recently released trailer and initial singles have garnered a positive response from both fans and cinephiles. The buzz surrounding the film isn’t limited to Thalapathy Vijay’s fanbase; it also encompasses enthusiasts of director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s cinematic creations. Anticipation is reaching a fever pitch, with fans eagerly exploring the potential connections Leo may have with other films by scanning the lyrical videos and trailer for hidden clues.
Leo directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, narrates the tale of Parthi, a chocolatier in Kashmir who becomes the target of a gang falsely identifying him as a man with a violent past. Alongside Vijay and Trisha, the movie features Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, and Gautham Vasudev Menon in important roles. The theatrical release of Leo is scheduled for October 19.
Following the Leo shoot and a brief break, Thalapathy Vijay has already started working on his next venture with director Venkat Prabhu, tentatively titled Thalapathy 68. This film holds the promise of being a unique cinematic journey, as it brings together actors from both the golden era and the contemporary wave of Tamil cinema. It’s worth noting that recent reports have confirmed Thalapathy Vijay, Prabhu Deva, and Prashanth’s participation in a dance video shoot for this project.
