In the first Test series of 2024-25 season, India will face Bangladesh. The two-match Test series is scheduled to start on Thursday (September 19) with the series opener set to take place at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. After getting the better of England 4-1 in the last series played earlier this year, Rohit Sharma-led side would like to maintain the super show and defeat Najmul Hossain Shanto & Co. as well.
However it won’t be an easy task because Bangladesh is also on a high these days and are coming into the away series against India after getting the better of Pakistan 2-0 in the two-match series played earlier this month.
