India vs New Zealand In Tests – Most Wins, Runs, Wickets, 100s, Highest Score, Best Bowling Figures & More
Ahead of the start of the India-New Zealand Test series, here's a look at how these two sides have performed against each other in 62 Tests played so far.

Rohit Sharma-led Indian men’s cricket team will face New Zealand in a three-match Test series, which is set to start on Wednesday (October 16). The series opener is scheduled to take place at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, and the next two matches will be played at MCA Stadium in Pune (October 24-28) and Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai (November 1-5). If India manages to whitewash the Kiwis, then it will almost confirm its place in the World Test Championship (WTC) 2025 final.

India is coming into the Test series against the Tom Latham-led side after crushing Bangladesh 2-0 in a two-match series, and on the other hand, the Kiwis suffered a humiliating 0-2 defeat in the away series against Sri Lanka.

The Black Caps will be desperate to come up with a big show against India, but it won’t be an easy task for them, especially in the absence of Kane Williamson. Williamson is all set to miss the series opener in Bengaluru, and his participation in the next two matches is also not guaranteed.
