The Air India Airport Services Limited ( AIASL) is accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Executive. Male and female Indian nationals who meet the requirements may apply for a variety of positions at Mumbai International Airport on a fixed-term contract basis (three years) at aiasl.in, the AIASL’s official website. The last date for the application deadline is July 14, 2024.

AI Airport Authority Customer Service Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Senior Customer Service Executive: Graduate of an accredited school following the 10+2+3 pattern, with five years of experience in any or all of the following areas including fares, reservations, computerised passenger check-in, ticketing, and cargo handling. The candidate should be an expert PC user. They should have a strong grasp of Hindi in addition to spoken and written English. Candidates in the general category should not be older than 33.

Customer service representative: 10+2+3 pattern graduate from an accredited university. Candidates with experience in airline, GHA, cargo, or airline ticketing, as well as those with an airline diploma or certified course such as an IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA CARGO diploma, will be given preference. Candidates in the general category must be no older than 28.

An application form must be accompanied by a demand draft made payable to “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED” in Mumbai, along with a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). Candidates from SC/ST communities and ex-servicemen are not required to pay any fees.
