The Central University of Kashmir (CUK) has begun the application process for different Post-graduate programs through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG) 2024 which will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The candidates will be able to check all the required details online on the official website of the Central University of Kashmir at cukashmir.ac.in.
According to the notification, the last date of online submission of the application form through pgcuet.samarth.ac.in is till January 24, 2024. While the deadline of paying the application fees is up till January 25, 2024. The administration will be opening the window of correction for the applicants from January 27 to January 29.
The details on the official notification also underline the releasing date of admit card which is March 7, 2024 while the examination has been scheduled to begin from March 11 to March 28.
Central University of Kashmir PG Admissions: How to apply
Step 1: Visit the official website of CUET PG at pgcuet.samarth.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘CUET PG 2024 registration’ link on the homepage.
Step 3: Register and log in with the required credentials.
Step 4: Fill out the application form and make the payment of application fees (as per the category).
Step 5: Click on submit after checking the provided details.
Step 6: Download and keep a hard copy for further reference.
As per the notification, the candidate will be able to apply for more than one Postgraduate programme offered by the University.
Candidates aspiring to get into CUK in the academic year of 2024 will be offered several PG courses. It includes programmes such as MTech in CS&E, MA in English, MA in Urdu, M-Commerce, MA in Mass Communication & Journalism, MA in Economics, MA in Political Science, Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed., M.P.Ed, MA in Islamic Studies, MSc in Botany, MSc in Chemistry, MSc in Zoology (Lateral Entry), MSc in Biotechnology (Lateral Entry), LLM, MSc in Physics (Lateral Entry), and M.Ed.
For the above-mentioned courses, the required eligibility criteria have been mentioned in the official notification. As per the release, all the criteria for various categories and courses are different.
