The Chartered Financial Institute (CFI) has unveiled the results for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 examination held in February 2024. Candidates who participated in the exam can now view and obtain their CFA Level 1 Result directly from the official website of the institute, cfainstitute.org. Candidates will also receive their CFA level 1 results on their official email IDs provided during the registration process.
“Feb 2024 Level I CFA exam results are being emailed to candidates on 4 April 2024 after 9:00 am ET. Email delivery service varies so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Don’t forget about completing your PSM!” read the notification on the official website. The CFA level 1 February exam 2024 was conducted from February 19 to 25.
CFA Level 1 February Exam 2024 Results: How To Download
Step 1: Visit the official website – cfainstitute.org.
Step 2: Locate and click on the CFA Level 1 February 2024 Results link.
Step 3: You will be directed to a login page where you need to enter your credentials. This will include your username and password.
Step 4: After logging in successfully, your CFA Level 1 February 2024 results will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Review your results carefully and download them.
Step 6: Take a printout for future reference.
The CFA exams are conducted four times a year, in February, May, August and November. Candidates are allowed two attempts maximum for the CFA Level 1 exam within a year. Following the February session, the May session will be conducted from May 15 to 21 while the August exam will take place from August 20 to 26. The November session is scheduled for November 13 to 19.
The exam for CFA Level 1 February 2024 consisted of 180 multiple-choice questions. These questions were split into two sessions and candidates were required to participate in both sessions. The exam was conducted in English medium.
Each session had a duration of two hours and 15 minutes, during which candidates had to answer 90 multiple-choice questions. There was no penalty for incorrect answers, and each question carried equal weight.
The topics covered in the morning session included ethics and professional standards, quantitative methods, economics, and financial reporting and analysis. The afternoon session focused on corporate issuers, equity, fixed income, derivatives, alternative investments, and portfolio management.
