The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is scheduled to wrap up the registration window for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 July session today, April 2. The exam for the CTET July 2024 will take place on July 7 in 136 cities nationwide in 20 different languages. Candidates who meet the requirements must submit the CTET application form 2024 via the official website, ctet.nic.in.

CTET 2024 July Session: How To Register?

Step 1: Visit the CTET’s official website, ctet.nic.in.

Step 2: Select the “Apply Online” option and complete the form.

Step 3: Fill out the CTET 2024 online application.

Step 4: Submit the scanned copies of your govt IDs, your signature, and your photograph along with other relevant documents.

Step 5: Submit the application form followed by the exam fee.

Step 6: Save the confirmation page and print it for documentation purposes.

Those who apply should anticipate receiving their admit cards in the upcoming weeks, along with exam dates for CTET July 2024. Candidates who have registered can obtain their online admit cards by using their login credentials. The date of the admit card download will be announced on the official website.

The two papers of the CTET exam 2024 will be administered in different shifts: paper 1 will be administered in the afternoon from 2 pm to 4.30 pm, and paper 2 will be conducted in the morning from 9.30 am to 12 noon. Candidates who wish to teach in classes 1 through 5 must pass CTET paper 1, and those who wish to teach in classes 6 through 8 must clear CTET paper 2.

CTET 2024 : Application Fee

Applicants from the general and OBC (NCL) categories must pay an application fee of Rs. 1,000, plus an additional Rs. 200 if they plan to appear in both examinations. In contrast, individuals who are SC, ST, or have disabilities must pay Rs. 500 for one paper and Rs. 600 for both.
