DU UG Admission 2024: CSAS Phase 1 Application Correction Window Opens
Candidates who have registered for DU UG admission 2024 will now be able to make corrections to their application form by visiting the official website at ugadmission.uod.ac.in

The application correction window for the first round of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2024 has been opened by the University of Delhi (DU) today, July 30. Candidates who have registered for DU UG admission 2024 will now be able to make corrections to their application form by visiting the official website at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. It is to be noted by the candidates that the application correction window will remain accessible until August 4.

In addition to that, the university stated that students who have already submitted applications in phase 1 of undergraduate admissions and want to add ECA or sports categories will be permitted to do so during the correction period. Candidates must note that the correction window is a one-time facility, and utmost care must be taken by them while editing the form.

In an official notification, the university stated, “The University of Delhi announces the opening of a Correction Window from Tuesday, July 30 till Sunday, August 04, until 11:59 PM for all candidates who had completed Phase 1 of CSAS (UG) and are desirous of making corrections in their application form.”

DU UG Admission 2024: Admission to be done through CUET

The institution will offer admissions to nearly 70,000 undergraduate programmes for the academic year 2024-25 based on the scores of the Common Institution Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 in a total of 79 programmes and 69 colleges in the university, according to the eligibility criteria outlined in the UG information bulletin 2024.

Talking about admissions, the central university further said, “In light of the announced results, it is being disclaimed that UoD may revise/amend Common Seat Allocation System CSAS (UG)-2024 as published on the website of the University of Delhi (dated 28.05.2024). Amendments (if any) will be published on the admission website from time to time.”

Furthermore, the marks achieved in Class XII will be used to break a tie in the CUET scores (if required). All candidates are urged to fill out the marks of Class XII with utmost care. The University of Delhi also mentioned that the CSAS phase 2 schedule would be declared shortly, and candidates are asked to keep an eye on the university’s website regularly.

The CSAS UG 2024 is divided into three phases – phase I is applying to the University of Delhi, phase II is filling the preferences for programmes and colleges, and phase III is the allocation-cum-admission.
