IDBI Bank Opens Recruitment For 31 Specialist Officer Posts, Apply By July 15

The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) has recently announced recruitment for 31 Specialist Officer posts. The application process for this recruitment has started. To participate in this recruitment exam at IDBI Bank, the candidate will have to apply online.

The last date to apply for the recruitment of a specialist officer at IDBI Bank is July 15, 2024. The candidate applying for this should have a graduation or post-graduation degree. Apart from this, the age of the candidate should be between 25 and 45 years.

Age Limit (as of June 1, 2024):

1. The Deputy General Manager (Grade D) has the highest age range of 35–45 years.

2. Manager (Grade B) positions are open to younger candidates, with an age range of 25–35 years.

Application Fee:

For IDBI SO Recruitment 2024, candidates belonging to the general, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000, while those from the SC, ST, and PwD categories need to pay Rs. 200.

Here are the steps for the IDBI SO Recruitment 2024 selection process:

1. Shortlisting of Candidates: Initially, candidates are shortlisted based on their eligibility criteria and qualifications as per the IDBI SO Recruitment 2024 notification.

2. Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates participate in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). 3. Interview (PI) rounds to assess their communication skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role.

4. Documents Verification: After GD and PI, candidates’ documents, including educational certificates, experience certificates, and identity proof, are verified to ensure authenticity.

5. Medical Examination: Finally, selected candidates undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the medical standards required for the job.

Salary and Facilities:

If a candidate is selected in this recruitment exam of IDBI, they will get Rs 102,300 to Rs 120,940 per month on becoming Deputy General Manager Grade D. On becoming Assistant General Manager Grade C, he will get Rs 85,920 to Rs 105,280 per month, and Manager Grade B will get Rs 64,820 to Rs 93,960 per month.
