Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is expected to release the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) results 2024 soon. However, the authority has not announced any official date for the result yet. KEA has announced that the KCET 2024 results can be published only after the announcement of the 2nd PUC 2nd exam and Agriculture Practical Test results. The date and time will be declared in due course of time.
Candidates who participated in the exam can access their results online on the official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Upon the announcement of results, candidates are advised to have their registration number readily available and ensure that all entered information is accurate to prevent any discrepancies.
The results of KCET-24 can be published only after the announcement of the 2nd PUC 2nd exam and Agriculture Practical Test results. The entrance exam for Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy courses took place on April 18 and 19, with the Kannada Language Test conducted on April 20. The opportunity to challenge the preliminary answer key was available from April 30 to May 7. According to the statistics shared by KEA, a total of 3.27 lakh candidates participated in the exam.
KCET 2024 Results: How To Check?
Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA, that is, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea
Step 2: Find and click on the link KCET Results 2024 on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your registration number and the first four characters of your name in the given field.
Step 4: Now, click on the submit option to proceed.
Step 5: Your KCET result will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Remember to save and print a copy of your result for further use.
KCET 2024 Results: Passing Marks
For the General category: 50 per cent or 90 marks.
For the Reserved category: 40 per cent or 80 marks.
The KCET rank is determined based on the marks obtained in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry subjects in both the KCET exam and the Qualifying Examination, with equal weightage given to each.
