The candidate must contact the NTA helpdesk between 10 am and 5 pm immediately if there is any inconsistency in the details provided, or if the candidate’s photo and signature does not appear on the NEET UG city slip. According to NTA, under these circumstances, candidates would bring their downloaded admit card to the medical entrance exam.
