The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has rolled out the admit card for the Grade ‘B’ Prelims exam. Applicants who have registered for the exam can now visit the official website of RBI at opportunities.rbi.org.in and download their admit cards. To access the admit card, candidates need to enter their registration number and password on the official website.
The RBI Grade B Phase-I online examination will be held on September 8 for the General category, while the DEPR and DSIM exams are set for September 14.
RBI aims to fill a total of 94 vacancies for various Grade B officer posts, including generalist, DEPR and DSIM under the RBI Grade B Recruitment drive. The bank released the recruitment notification on July 25 and the application window was open until August 16.
RBI Grade B Recruitment 2024: How to Download Admit Card
Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of RBI Career at opportunities.rbi.org.in.
Step 2: Then, click on the ‘Current Vacancies ‘- ‘Call Letter’ option available on the webpage.
Step 3: In the next step, candidates will get a link titled ‘Admit Card, Other Guidelines, and Information Handout for Phase-I Examination for Direct Recruitment for the Post of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)—General—Panel Year 2024’.
Step 4: Click on it and key in your login details, such as your registration number and password, in the designated space.
Step 5: Once done, the RBI Grade B Admit Card 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Check the details carefully and take a printout of the admit card for the examination day.
Candidates must bring valid photo identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license) in original and a photocopy of the same along with the admit card on the day of the examination. It is important to hand over the photocopy of photo identity proof and hall ticket duly stapled together to the invigilator.
RBI Grade B Recruitment 2024: Exam Pattern
Talking about the exam pattern, the preliminary test includes 200 questions worth 200 marks, covering general awareness, quantitative aptitude, English language, and reasoning. There will be 80, 30, 30 and 60 questions in each section respectively. Candidates will have a total duration of two hours to complete the exam.
For those advancing to the Mains, the exam consists of three papers: Economics and Social Issues (objective and subjective), General Finance and Management (objective and subjective), and English Written Skills. This exam, carrying 300 marks, will test candidates’ knowledge and skills across these domains.
