Newcastle prepare loan offer for QPR striker Remy
The Daily Mail reports manager Harry Redknapp would use his funds towards a loan move for Remy which QPR most likely wouldn't disagree to.

After failing in their quest of landing Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis, Newcastle are trying to force in a loan move for QPR forward Loic Remy.

According to a report in Sportsmail, Newcastle have taken a backstep from their approach towards Gomis after offering a £8million bid for the French international. However, The Daily Mail reports manager Harry Redknapp would use his funds towards a loan move for Remy which QPR wouldn't disagree to.

Remy was scheduled to make a switch to Tyneside before he eventually decided to move to Loftus Road earlier this year.

Along with Remy, Redknapp is also eyeing Stoke City striker Peter Crouch and Burnley's Charlie Austin in order to stengthen his forward spot.
