How to Delete a Groupon Account on Android

Go to https://www.groupon.com in your Android’s web browser. You can use any browser on your Android, including Chrome, Firefox, or Samsung Internet.

Tap SIGN IN. It’s below the green “GROUPON” header.

Enter your login details and tap Sign In. This logs you into your Groupon account. If your Groupon account is connected to your Facebook or Google account, tap one of those buttons to sign in with that account.

Tap ≡. It’s at the top-left corner of the page. This opens the menu.

Scroll down and tap Customer Support. It’s the option with a “?” symbol inside a circle.

Tap View All FAQs. It’s at the bottom of the “Trending Questions” list.

Type delete account into the search box. It’s at the top of the page.

Tap the search key on the keyboard. It usually looks like a magnifying glass. A list of matching search results will appear.

Tap How do I delete my account?. It should be at the top of the list. This displays a page that tells you that a Groupon support rep can permanently delete your account.

Tap Contact Customer Support. Groupon will redirect you to a screen with several options.

Tap My Order. It’s at the top of the list.

Tap continue to contact us. It’s the last link on the page.

Tap Something else. It’s at the bottom of the list. This opens a message to the support team. Most the information is already filled out.

Type I want to delete my Groupon account into the box. It’s the box under the “Tell us a little more about your issue.”

Tap the box next to “I am not a robot.” A check mark will appear in the box.

Tap Send. It’s the green button at the bottom of the page. Your request is sent to Groupon. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your account is deleted.
