Go to https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/rockstar-games-launcher. You can use any web browser to download the Rockstar Launcher.
Click Download for Windows. You'll see this centered on the left side of the page and your file explorer will open.
Click Save. If you want to change the file's default name and location, do that before you click 'Save.
Open the downloaded file. Many web browsers, like Chrome, have a downloads notification at the bottom of the page that announces when files are done downloading. When you open the .exe file, you'll start the installation process. Click Yes if your computer prompts you to allow the application to make changes to your hard drive.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the launcher. Pick a language for the launcher to use and read about the social club and notices about the Rockstar launcher. Select an install location (many times, the default location is fine) and decide if you want a desktop shortcut as well, then click Continue and the installation will begin.
