KOCHI: Three Keralites have been selected for the 24th “Ship for World Youth Programme”, involving 140 youths from Japan and 140 others from across the world. Sajeev Joseph has been chosen the team leader and the other two Keralites are Bhagya and Remya. The programme will be held from January 18 to March 5.As part of the programme, all the youths will be staying together in a ship and will visit different countries. During the stay, they will get oppurtunities to discuss common issues from a global perspective and participate in various cultural activities.The programme is aimed at establishing networks and promoting joint activities among the youths around the world through practical opportunity, cohabitation and joint activity on the board of the “Ship for World Youth”.
