Bengaluru: At least 3 passengers were burnt alive after a private bus carrying 17 people caught fire in Karnataka's Hubballi city.
The fire broke out from the rear side of the non-AC sleeper bus on a national highway in Varur near Hubballi.
The cause behind the incident was not immediately known.
Fifteen passengers, apart from the driver and cleaner, were in the bus proceeding to Dharwad from Bengaluru. The injured have been admitted to various hospitals.
