American woman to lodge complaint against man for masturbating in front of her in public

In a big embarrassment, an American woman flayed a man on social media for masturbating in front of her in public near Gateway of India while she was on her morning walk.

She posted a picture of the accused on Twitter which has now gone viral. The woman says the man ran away when she tried to confront him.

She is expected to lodge a complaint with the Colaba police on Tuesday. She has received support from Maharashtra Chief Minister's office too.
