Over 3 lakh pilgrims paid obeisance at the cave shrine the pilgrimage of 2015.
The batch of 324 men, 119 women and six children left in a motorcade of 16 vehicles from Bhagwati Nagar base camp here at 5 AM, a police official said.
Amid tight security provided by CRPF, the convoy has already crossed Batote on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway.
With Wednesday's batch, as many as 44,048 pilgrims have so far left from the Jammu base camp for the shrine.
