DEFENDING OLDER MEN!
Bollywood star Deepika Padukone is getting all defensive about her co-stars who are way too older than her 23-year-old self.
So be it the 44-year-old Shah Rukh Khan, or 42-year-old Akshay Kumar or her current co-star from her next release Love Aaj Kal, Chote Nawab Saif Ali Khan who's in his late thirties, Deepika says that her choosing films has nothing to do with her hero's age, but that having an older co-star certainly keeps her on her toes.
"You need to be very alert all the time," says she.
FIGHTING FLAB
Actor Shabana Azmi is fighting flab. The 25 kg the actress had put on for Gurinder Chadda's It's A Wonderful Afterlife has pushed her 58-year-old body to a limit where her cholesterol levels shot up to such an extent that her doctors have now restricted her to a no-oil diet.
Now, the actress' mantra is - as she puts it herself - "Wellness is more than beauty!"
HAPPY AND SINGLE
Meanwhile, actor Lara Dutta is now happily single. She has reportedly ended her relationship with Dino Morea and is waiting for Mr Right to come along.
