BELGAUM: The Maharashtra government has announced a `3 crore grant for Marathi organisations active in and around Belgaum and other areas bordering Karnataka.Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajitdada Pawar announced the names of the organisations, including Marathi journalists’ associations and drama troupes, that will receive the funds.The Marathi Patrakar Sangha will receive `7.5 lakh. `4 lakh has been allotted to Belgaum unit of All India Marathi Drama Parishat.
