Named Employees Health Care Fund (EHF), the scheme is expected to be launched by Nov 1.All regular state government employees along with provincialised employees of local bodies, service pensioners, family pensioners and re-employed service pensioners are eligible for the scheme.  The scheme will be jointly funded by monthly premium contribution of the state government employees and pensioners.A committee headed by the chief secretary will monitor the scheme while the Arogyasri Health Care Trust (AHCT) will be the service provider for the scheme for two years.
