More than 6.5 lakh voters residing in Pondicherry and its enclaves have been covered to reach the record, district collector and election officer G Theva Needhi Dhas said.

In the two-phased polling to the territorial assembly, Mahe and Yanam enclaves would go to polls on May 3, while Pondicherry and Karaikal on May 8.
