A Delhi court on Tuesday granted two-day transit remand of Sahil Zaroo to Mumbai police.
New Delhi: A Delhi court on Tuesday granted the Mumbai police two-day transit remand of Sahil Zaroo, co-accused in the Rahul Mahajan drug abuse case.
He is to be taken to Mumbai in connection with a theft and criminal assault case.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau directed Mumbai police authorities to formally arrest Sahil and produce him before the concerned court in Mumbai on or before June 23.
She also directed that Sahil be medically examined before being taken to Mumbai. The Magistrate also observed that Sahil should be produced in New Delhi as and when he is required in connection with Rahul's case.
