He spoke to several farmers and villagers en route to be aware of their problems.He alleged that chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy who promised to do justice to Vanpic oustees during his campaign in Ongole byelection, had failed to do anything in this regard.The Congress government which already cancelled the Brahmani Steels and Bayyaram iron ore mines agreements, has initiated no measures to do justice to Vanpic oustees.The TDP will return the lands acquired for Vanpic to the affected farmers after cancelling the agreement with the project promoter if it is voted to power in the next elections, Naidu said. The former chief minister clarified that the TDP was not against industrial development. But farm land should not be acquired for industrial projects ousting thousands of small and marginal farmers in the process, he said.Naidu who began his padayatra at 12 noon, completed it at 5 pm.
