THIRUVANANATHAPURAM: The Pension Adalat covering pensioners of the Department of Telecom and BSNL, who are drawing pension in Kerala Telecom Circle, will be held here under the aegis of CCA Kerala Circle on Nov 25. The adalat will be held from 3 pm onwards at the Regional Telecom Training Centre located at Kaimanam. The adalat, being held after a considerable gap, is aimed at providing an opportunity to the pensioners to directly interact with officers of DoT and public sector banks and resolve their pension-related issues/grievances. As such, it is likely to draw a large number of DoT/BSNL pensioners in the state. Applications from BSNL/DoT pensioners regarding their grievances, in the prescribed format, will be received at CCA’s office till November 14. The prescribed grievance redressal form is available with the O/o PGMT/GMT in all districts and also with the link branches of pension-disbursing banks.
