BANGALORE: The Great Garuda shopping mall festival is back and this time around with the theme, “Love our Nature, Love our City, Love our Festival”.When it comes to saving our environment, everybody wants to do something or the other or they really don’t know what to do in this direction. Hence Garuda has tired to take an initiative on this regard. The festival has begun from November 18 and will continue to rock the city till January 1st expecting a true international class. Noted Sandalwood actor Golden star Ganesh and the famous Salumarada Thimakka, who has dedicated her life to grow tress inaugurated all the replicas of save earth. Inauguration followed by flashmob activity and fashion show to display the organic clothes and accessories. The mall displays the replicas of save forest, save water, save birds, save animals and save earth. It is an initiative to educate the visitors of Garuda Mall about global warming and deforestation and how our future Bangalore should be and how it was 25 years ago. Further, every Friday evening there will be an event related to save earth which will be showcased at the Garuda mall.It is to be noted that one lucky shopper will get to win a gold coin every day, one lucky shopper gets to win a Maruti Suzuki Alto every month and one lucky winner gets a Bumper prize Maruti Suzuki SX4 during the two months’ extravagant festival.
