BANGALORE: The High Court on Tuesday appointed former Judge of the High Court Justice Mohammed Anwar to monitor the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in investigating the alleged irregularities of Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) in the year 1998, 1999 and 2004. The division bench comprising Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice Ashok B Hinchigeri, while hearing a petition by K R Khaleel Ahmed, Raghu V, who have moved the High Court seeking CBI probe into the irregularities after the Government failed to implement the recommendations of the K K Mishra Commission, passed the order and directed CBI to submit updated report.
