Free health camps held

Age Care Associates (ACAS), Odisha, working for care and welfare of elderly people, conducted two health camps for its members and public here recently.

One camp was meant for diabetes, physiotherapy and dental problems, organised with the help of Unity Health Care Hospital, and the other for Bone Density Testing, courtesy Meyer Organics Pvt Ltd, Thane.

Specialists in diabetes, physiotherapy and geriatric medicine apart from dentists examined patients. Free Sugar Testing and Bone Density Testing were conducted. The camps drew large crowds.

The camps were conducted by ACAS secretary BK Mohanty, president Sahadev Sahoo, vice-president CR Das and assistant secretary Surendra Nath Mohapatra.
