Fuel price hike: Advocate comes to Court in cart

MADURAI: Irked by the recent price hike of diesel, kerosene and gas, a High Court advocate expressed his protest by coming to the court in a bullock cart on Monday. Vallarasu (28), a lawyer, of Ramanathapuram district, was staying in Y Othakadai near here. He was coming to the High Court Bench on Monday to appear for  a case.  To condemn the recent hike of diesel, kerosene and gas prices, he travelled in a bullock cart from Othakadai to High Court.  After arriving at the court in bullock cart, he told media persons that the Central Government should come forward to roll back the fuel price hike to help the  public.
