CHENNAI: After its much acclaimed show, Black and White, Backstage has come up with its next production, The Trendsetters — A Bollywood Musical Journey. The programme has been designed to musically explore every aspect of Bollywood. This show will highlight the essence of Bollywood music and look at contributions from great artistes in the various fields of music throughout the past decades. With songs, dance and narration, the evening will take you to different eras. The works of music directors such as SD Burman, OP Nayyar, Madan Mohan, Shankar Jaikishan, Laxmikant Pyarelal, Kalyanji Anandji and a host of others right up to Rajesh Roshan, Himmesh Reshamiya, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Vishaal Shekhar and AR Rahman will be featured.
