Panaji: Goa MLA Subhash Phal Dessai's Innova mowed down a bike near the airport. The incident took place on Friday morning in which one person died and one has been injured.
The MLA was in the car at the time of the accident but it is still not clear who was driving the car.
28-year-old Sunil Rathod was killed on the spot when MLA's car collided with his bike at around 7 AM.
Another person, who riding pillion, got injured in the accident and was admitted to Goa Medical College and Hospital, where his condition was said to be critical, police said.
A case of unnatural death has also been registered.
