Governor K Rosaiah on Sunday urged the students of the country to shoulder the responsibility of taking the nation to greater heights.
Speaking at the ninth graduation ceremony of SKP Engineering College at Tiruvannamalai here, Rosaiah said, “The knowledge you students have acquired from the temple of learning should serve as a power ful instrument to bring about a change.”
