Huge explosives haul

MALKANGIRI: Explosives in huge quantity were seized during an anti-Maoist operation in Khalguda village bordering Koraput under Mudulipada police limits  of Andhra Pradesh on Monday.  SP Anirudha Singh told mediapersons that on a tip off, a joint team of 107th Battalion of BSF, SOG and DVF carried out a raid in the village and recovered the explosives from a dump.These include gelatin sticks, detonators, tiffin box bombs besides Maoist literature in Odia and Telugu languages. Seven persons from the village have been detained by the cops.
