IGNOU Admissions 2018 last date for admissions to over 150 courses of the varsity has been extended to 15th February 2018 by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
As per a Press Release by IGNOU, online applications made on or before the extended deadline i.e. 15th Feb, will not attract any penalty or late fee. An alert on the official website read, “Last date for Fresh admissions for January 2018 is 15th February, 2018 without late fees ”.
Earlier, the last date to apply for IGNOU Admissions 2018 was 31st January 2018; thereby, candidates was who had missed to apply for Admissions in IGNOU for various courses must not miss this chance to get admissions in January 2018 session.
Although, the admission process is online only and candidates must pay the programme fee online; candidates who do not have access to internet must take assistance from IGNOU Common Service Centres (CSCs) to register. Candidates aspiring to get admission in various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma and Certificate courses at IGNOU must login to the official website – ignou.ac.in and complete the registration process.
Interested candidates can follow the steps below and apply for IGNOU Admissions 2018
Step 1 – Visit the official admissions website - https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in
Step 2 – Click on Register Yourself and then login with your registration credentials
Step 3 – Enter personal details, programme details, qualification details, course details and correspondence details
Step 4 – Upload the scanned documents
Step 5 – Pay the Programme fee by debit/credit card or net banking
Step 6 – Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference
Also, candidates seeking admissions to IGNOU Postgraduate Specialization Diplomas in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Financial Management (PGDFM), Operations Management (PGDOM), Marketing Management (PGDMM) and Financial Markets Practice (PGDFMP) are not required to appear for an entrance exam.
