The three-day ‘Info Fest 2012’, organised by Infopark kick-started on the campus on Tuesday. To mark the launch of the fest, a ‘shinkari melam’ was organised at the Vismya Building here. Infopark CEO Gigo Joseph pointed out that the fest is an opportunity for the IT professionals to take a break from the hectic schedules. The festival features various competitions, games and exhibitions. Over 15 competitions under five categories have been organised. An exhibition has been organised by builders, fashion houses, automobile companies and the hospitality industry. The fest will end with an ‘Onamelam’ - a musical extravaganza on Thursday.
